Prof. Ravindra Kumar Sinha is a distinguished physicist specializing in fiber optics and photonics. He earned his M.Sc. in Physics from IIT Kharagpur (1984) and a Ph.D. in Optical Communication from IIT Delhi (1990). With vast academic experience, he has held key roles at IISc Bangalore, BITS Pilani, NIT Hamirpur, DTU Delhi, and served as Vice-Chancellor of Gautam Buddha University. He has also directed CSIR-CSIO Chandigarh, CSIR-CEERI Pilani, and CSIR-IMTECH Chandigarh.
