Her M.Ed. research focused on “Research Aptitude and Research Attitude among PG Students,” exploring the attitudes and skills necessary for effective research among postgraduate students. Her M.Phil. thesis examined the “Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Rural and Urban Physical Science Students,” comparing the teaching strategies and knowledge base between rural and urban students in the field of physical science. For her Ph.D. in Physics, she investigated “The Theory of Photonic Crystals Based Solar Cells,” delving into advanced concepts of photonic crystals to enhance the efficiency and performance of solar cells. Her diverse research endeavors reflect a deep commitment to both educational methodologies and cutting-edge scientific technologies.

Professional Experience: 

Ismail Fathima M has held notable academic positions in the field of Physics. From 2021 to 2022, she served as an Assistant Professor of Physics at Madonna Arts and Science College for Women in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, where she contributed to the academic development of students. Following this role, she joined Mangayarkarasi College of Arts and Science for Women in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, as an Assistant Professor of Physics from 2022 to 2023, further advancing her teaching career.
