Dr. Zielecka earned her Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Warsaw in 1973. She pursued her Ph.D. in Technical Sciences at the Industrial Chemistry Research Institute (1999) and later completed her habilitation in Technical Sciences at the Warsaw University of Technology (2012), specializing in Chemical Technology.

She began her professional journey at the Rubber Industry Institute as an Assistant from 1973 to 1976. She then moved to the Industrial Chemistry Research Institute (IChP), where she held various positions, starting as a Senior Assistant from 1979 to 1981. Dr. Zielecka advanced to become an Assistant Professor from 1981 to 1989, and later served as a Senior Research and Technical Specialist in the Silicones Team at IChP from 1989 to 1991. Throughout her career, Dr. Zielecka has played a key role in advancing research and development in the field of industrial chemistry and polymer science.
