Dr. Zielecka earned her Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Warsaw in 1973. She pursued her Ph.D. in Technical Sciences at the Industrial Chemistry Research Institute (1999) and later completed her habilitation in Technical Sciences at the Warsaw University of Technology (2012), specializing in Chemical Technology.

She began her professional journey at the Rubber Industry Institute as an Assistant from 1973 to 1976. Dr. Zielecka advanced to become an Assistant Professor from 1981 to 1989, and later served as a Senior Research and Technical Specialist in the Silicones Team at IChP from 1989 to 1991.
