Sayed Majid Ayat is an Environmental Specialist at Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company (MSC) in Iran, a position he has held since December 2007. Sayed Majid Ayat’s research includes several notable projects. In April 2003, he conducted a study on “R&D Requirements for Pollution Prevention in the Iron & Steel Industry” for Ghaem Reza Industries Company. In March 2005, he explored the “CRM Effect on Customer Loyalty for Service Providers,” focusing on a case study at the same company. His research also encompasses “Open Source CRM System & Software,” which he presented to the Middle East Export & Marketing Research Institution in August 2005. Additionally, he completed a study on “Non-Linear Modeling for Supercritical CO2 Extraction” at Isfahan University of Technology in June 2014.
