Dr. Rajiv Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Delhi, awarded in 2004 for his thesis titled “Transition Metal Complexes of Nitrogen-Nitrogen, Nitrogen-Oxygen, and Nitrogen-Sulphur Donor Macrocyclic Ligands.” Prior to this, he earned his M.Sc. in Chemistry from CCS University in 1999, graduating as the top student in his class. He also achieved top honors in his B.Sc. in 1997 from the same institution. Dr. Kumar’s academic excellence extends to his early education, where he was a topper in both his Intermediate (1994) and High School (1992) examinations from the U.P. Board in Allahabad. Academic Distinction

Dr. Rajiv Kumar has received several prestigious awards throughout his academic career. He was honored with a National Award for being the College Topper and achieving academic distinction in four theory papers during his M.Sc. Chemistry in 1999. In 1994, he was recognized with another National Award for being the School Topper and earning academic distinction in Chemistry and Biology in his XII grade. Additionally, Dr. Kumar was a recipient of the Ekakrit Scholarship, a national fellowship awarded by the U.P. Government for two consecutive years (1990-1992) during his IX and X grades. Dr. Rajiv Kumar has a distinguished career spanning various roles and institutions. From 2020 to 2024, he served as an International Scientist, contributing as an author, editor, and reviewer for international publishers. Prior to this, he was a faculty member at the National Institute of Medical Sciences, India, from 2019 to 2020. His previous roles also include being an International Scientist with responsibilities as an author, editor, and reviewer from 2013 to 2019. Dr. Kumar’s academic career began as a faculty member in Chemistry at the University of Delhi from 2006 to 2013, and earlier at CCS University from 2004 to 2005. He also held research positions at the CFEES, Defence Research and Development Organization, where he worked on “Computational Approaches of Novel Perfluorinated Molecules Used as Potential Fire Extinguishers” in 2008. Additionally, Dr. Kumar completed post-doctoral fellowships at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute and the National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources in 2005-2006. He began his Ph.D. research at the University of Delhi from 1999 to 2004, focusing on “Transition Metal Complexes of Nitrogen-Nitrogen, Nitrogen-Oxygen, and Nitrogen-Sulphur Donor Macrocyclic Ligands.”

A. Nave.
